Hotels dot com has been a mainstay in the travel industry for a long time. Now they are offering their service in Spanish. How great is this!!!!! I speak English, but sometimes in my job I work with people whose first language is Spanish. While they speak very well, it is difficult sometimes for them to understand contracts. So, I can imagine if they are planning to travel and do not have someone nearby to clarify things, it has to be very difficult. Shoot its difficult for me. The fine print can really trip you up and then there is the issue of trying to figure out if its a nice place with the ammenities I need or want, so it has to be a nightmare for someone who does not really understand all the nuances of English.
