New Year's Resolution

Okay, its 2008 and I have made a resolution to try and take control of my finances. First off, I'm going to balance my checkbook and then I'm going to actually try to make up a budget. I have a book that says we should pay ourselves first and then have a certain amount allocated for savings or investments and then the rest is to pay bills and live on. So, for myself I think I need about $200 a month. I'm not a big spender and fun to me is $50 a week at the casino. As far as investments, I think I am going to look at buying
silver first, because its affordable and second because Monex will actually send it to you. You can buy coins or boullion and they will either hold it or send it to you to hold. I am anxious to physically hold my first round, so I really am going to try to stick to this resolution and follow my budget!
