The internet is such a valuable tool. I hardly make a move in life without looking it up on the internet first. Today I visited Yahoo Finance. I actually did not even know that it existed. But it is pretty cool. You can look up Insider Trades by symbol and learn about the company. You can look at their transactions including Insider and restricted shareholder transactions. In addition, you can get historical quotes, profiles, SEC and other insiders just by entering a symbol. And by the way, if you don’t know the symbol you can do a symbol lookup. George Lindemann . His report shows all the transactions from March 06 to February 08. The information recorded there include number of shares, symbol and what the actual transaction was. It’s very cool and very revealing. If you are playing in the market for real or for fun, check this out.
