Boy oh boy this pre-recession condition of our country is sure hitting folks hard where it really hurts…in the wallet. First it was the housing market and now on CNBC they were talking about credit cards. I heard the other day that some of them are raising interest rates to outrageous level on customers who have been with them for years.
