Alright, I’m going to try to condense this so I can get up to present. Well her lungs are clear now and so it is hard to say what the prognosis really is. Sherry and Frank finally hired an attorney and Frank was made executive and power of attorney. The attorney somehow got records of two Social Security checks and one Workers Comp check being cashed…must have been Ron. There is to be a competency hearing for both Claire and Charley on April 7th. In the meantime, the lawyer told Frank to hire a tow truck to tow the three vehicles since they found that all of them were in Claire’s name and he told them to cancel the insurance. Sure wish I could be there to witness the tow truck taking that stuff.
