Well this week has been interesting. My oldest son who is seven foot tall but also quite heavy went and got lapband surgery. I wanted him to try out a few more diiets but he is just tired of the battle. Well I am too, but surgery is a bit dramatic for me. Plus with my lupus it is really not an option for me. I am older now and my weight seems to be a bit more stable but I usually take something just to curb my appetitie. I don't use prescriptions but I do buy over the counter
diet pills.
