I recently learned that there are acne treatments out there that are an alternative to creams, ointments and medications. It's called Zeno. What it is a device that heats your skin (at the site of some acne) to a high temperature that allegedly kills the bacteria causing the outbreak. Once the bacteria is dead, the zit should heal. It's sounds logical and may be worth checking out.
