I just watched a couple of videos about Nutrisystem online. They were both great but I really enjoyed the one with Dan Marino and Larry the Cable Guy!
I think that Nutrisystem is doing a great job at getting their message across to viewers. I am partial to comedy and something that makes me laugh gets my attention quickly. The two commercials do have different points all of which are important, so I think if they were looking at airing these on television they might want to air them both, simply rotating them.
On the first commercial the target is women and features Jillian Barberie. I like that they point out the convenience of home delivery, the variety of foods and the low cost. They certainly make the food look tasty.
The second commercial geared for men puts a smile on your face and I really like that. The focus is more on weight loss and looking good, plus there is attention brought to the 3 weeks free. The food looks good and it looks like a lot of food which would definitely get some men's attention. All in all I think they are both great commercials.
