I have been singing the baggage blues for a long time. A few years back I bought new luggage and on the first trip, TSA destroyed the insude of the big one. I don't know how they did it, but all the plastic framing inside was broken to pieces. I bought a replacement bag and the same thing happened, except that additionally the zipper was broke. A friend of mine said I should look at Eagle Creek luggage. He said its really good stuff so I may have to visit their website!
