My job sent me to some very interesting training last week. At first I was confused when the presenter started talking about commercial loans, but then it all made sense. I work in the field of mitigtion and what I do is help companies and cities that were hurt by disasters rebuild in a safe way. Many times they are applying for government grants, but sometimes these grants aren't enough so it is helpful for me t know about things like asset based lending so I can help them to find funding.
