Okay, I'm working out five days a week at the gym. I'm trying to watch what I eat and I am taking a fat burner diet supplement. The only other thing I am thinking about dioing is getting some hgh to add to my diet. I know the ones you can buy are herbal and not like the stuff a doctor can give you, but I'm thinking it may help expedite my physical workout program. I'm all about getting in shape in the shortest possible time.
