Growing up my parents always gave us kids a one a day vitamin every day. As an adult, I've continued taking vitamins. However, today I was reading an article online that says they believe that taking multiple vitamins every day is dangerous? Dangerous? What could it possibly do? The article was kind of vague, but then I did hear about again on the news. Again very vague. I swear you just can't know what to do these days!
