I am currently on a liquid protein diet. Not really to lose weight (but I certainly hope I do), but because I have Lupus and it seems that foods are triggering flare ups. My doctor wants me to only eat one food a day and then wait two days before I do it again. This way I can document if there are any symptoms. But I have to tell you I am starving. I can't expect everyone else in the house not to eat, so I think I'm going to have to get some diet pills to help me get through this.

A friend of mine is opening a small cafe here in town. She wants it to be a happening place with a unique modern feel. Something that will appeal to a crowd between the ages of 18 and 50. She has been asking everyone she knows what would be cool. When she told me that she will have little monitors and keyboards that are inlaid in the table tops my first thought was that she needs to get some cool digital signage placed all around the dining room. I'm a member and I love it. Last Christmas I was trying to figure out what to get my sister and her husband for Christmas and it occurred to me that they love their wine, so I thought, "Hey, great...I'll buy them a membership!"
